Australian rush is a transformative opportunity

Australian dream is a new black in town. Many people from throughout the world, including nationals of Bhutan, are moving to Australia. The Bhutanese NEWS paper reports that over 23,000 passengers traveled from Bhutan to other countries, where approximately 12,000 people departed for Australia. People believed that migration to Australia has become a detrimental pursuit whereby decreasing the population as well as lessening the country's workforce. Despite this, immigrants claimed that migrating to Australia has given a transformative opportunity to the Bhutanese people because of better Job opportunities, standard lifestyle and to become specialized in certain field.

The first factor driving many Bhutanese to relocate to Australia is the availability of job opportunities. Many Bhutanese go to Australia because it is a highly recommended place for everyone due to the greater work prospects. For instance, Australia has higher wages since they have access to fresh, cutting-edge technologies and a variety of job opportunities. Migrants who previously worked in Bhutan were able to earn dollars per hour, and they still are able to do so. In contrast, Bhutanese Immigrants to Australia reported that despite the abundance of employment options, it is extremely difficult to land the desired position and that, once they do, the pressure of the work place prevents them from doing their duties correctly.  Despite this, Australia's labour laws support equitable job opportunities and forbid racial or national origin- based discrimination. To ensure that all job seekers, regardless of their backgrounds, receive fair treatment, job advertisements and recruitment procedures are closely scrutinised.

Setting the living standard is the second reason that Bhutanese people travel to Australia . Australia is a standard- setting nation known for its superior infrastructure, top-notch healthcare, and educational system. For instance, migrants from Bhutan who want to provide their children a brighter future believe Australia to be the perfect place to settle because of its renowned educational institutions. Similar to this, the country's health care system guarantees simple access to medical treatments, thus enhancing quality of life. On the other hand, migrants asserted that it is causing societal problems. For instance, despite having greater facilities, Australia is experiencing a housing crisis caused by population growth, which lowers the quality of the facilities. Conversely, it is seen that migrating to Australia can contribute to their personal growth and development, leading to improved career prospect upon reaching back to Bhutan.

Bhutanese people departs to Australia for last reason that is to specialise in a certain field. Australia is a large country with competent businesses and workers. People from professional professions in Bhutan, such as doctors, teachers, engineers, nurses, etc., are travelling to Australia to pursue their fields of specialisation. Such skilled individuals move to areas with a trained work force to specialise. Alternatively, some people believed that it is leading to a brain drain in which all skilled Individuals are leaving Bhutan inorder to acquire higher skills, which lowers both productivity and population. However, people can boost a nation's output because, for example, if they immigrate to Australia and become experts in their profession, they can then come back and start a business in Bhutan.

To sum up, moving to Australia is not a negative endeavor for Bhutanese people rather it offers youths tranformative opportunities by providing job opportunities which Bhutan lacks, lead to a healthy and standard lifestyle, and to maintain its specialization in a particular field. Hence, Bhutanese people can live contentedly and cheerfully in a new setting with new neighbors and a higher standard of living.

Argumentative Essay

The advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has undoubtedly revolutionized the academic world in numerous ways. Scholars have immensely benefited from AI tools, which have significantly enhanced their academic endeavors. These tools have made more efficient academic research projects and have provided insights into critical thinking and problem-solving. Despite these benefits, some individuals argue that AI technologies have resulted in higher rates of plagiarism. However, I disagree with this argument because AI provides vast range of resources, plagiarism is not a new problem, and provides solution to their work.

Firstly, AI tools provide scholars with a vast range of resources that enable them to invest time in researching complex topics. Typically, scholars spend countless hours reading through piles of information to obtain relevant data. AI tools such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, and Pubmed offer instant access to millions of academic articles, books, and other scholarly resources. Therefore, it makes no sense that these AI tools would promote plagiarism, as they are designed to help researchers read, understand and integrate information from various sources. Those who disagree assert that the scholars are not using the resources properly but they are misusing it as they tends to extract all the resources in their assignments whereby increasing the rate of plagiarism. However, nowadays there are lots of plagiarism detector software in colleges and universities thereby scholars uses the resources efficiently.

Secondly, plagiarism is not a new problem that is solely attributed to AI tools. Researchers have been plagiarizing for several years before the introduction of AI technologies. In fact, it is up to the scholar to take responsibility for their research project and ensure that they critically analyze and synthesize information from different sources to develop original ideas. Moreover, institutions have established strict policies on plagiarism and consequences, such as expulsion, suspension, and loss of academic degrees, denouncing any form of cheating or dishonesty. Those who disagree claims that some scholars may feel pressured to produce a certain amount of output within a short timeframe, leading them to resort to unethical practices such as buying pre-written essays or reusing their own work without proper citation whereby increasing the rate of plagiarism. However, AI can help scholars improve the quality and originality of their writing by suggesting alternative word choices, sentence structures, and referencing styles. By providing feedback and guidance on the writing process, these tools can help scholars avoid unintentional plagiarism and develop their skills as critical writers and thinkers.

Furthermore, AI tools provide solutions such as reference generators, citation managers, and plagiarism software that have instead helped reduce plagiarism rates. By using such tools, scholars can properly cite their work, avoid accidental plagiarism, and maintain academic integrity. Those who disagree says that scholars may even use AI-powered writing assistants or essay generators that produce texts based on pre-existing templates or models, which can lead to unintentional or intentional plagiarism. However, it is evident that AI technologies are making an active contribution to curbing plagiarism, rather than increasing it.

In conclusion, AI technologies have significantly transformed the academic world, providing scholars with innovative ways to perform research, analyze data, and generate original ideas. While some may argue that AI technologies promote higher rates of plagiarism, this notion is baseless. AI tools provide solutions to improve the referencing and citation processes, which indicates that individuals who plagiarize do so by their own volition. Thus, it is crucial to hold researchers accountable and teach them to uphold ethical and moral conduct in the academic sphere.

Mental health is more important than physics health

Being mentally healthy expends our life to experience more joy and happiness. However,it can also bring sadness in us. Mental health can stay from childhood to teenagers and adulthood also. According to World Health Organization (WHO), mental health is of positive value, integral to our wellness and supports to shape our life and our world. Even though both mental and physical health is equally important, but moreover mental health is important. For some people, physical health important as it improves the brain health, reduces the risk of diseases, and so on. However, for most of the people, physical health is important than mental health. Some of the reasons why mental health is more important than physical health are no affect on physical health, productivity can increase, and can reduce stress.

The first reason why mental health is important is that there will  be no affect on physical health or appearance. If a person is physically healthy then that person will not get any Ham to his or her appearance. Some people think that being mentally ill will cause physical harm but it is not true as one of report showed that a person who was having depression could overcome her problem without affecting her physical health and she is now leaving a happy life. This shows that being lonely, mentally unstable will make us to gain more strength and become strong. Those people who disagreed with this idea said that physical health is more important compared to mental health as mental health will cause the increase in rate of suicide and will harm the physically. However ,people can overcome the problems without harming  themselves physically.

Mental health is more important compare to physical health because we can increase productivity. Even if a person is mentally unstable or is having mental illness then that person can also increase the protectivity for living. For example, many people now a days who are having mental disorders are able to come forward and share their experience to the public through social media which is helping the public to know what the particular disorders and that person who is having  disorder is able to increase the protectivity for the living. Not only that many celebrities who are having mental illness are able to increase productivity and are living happy life. Those who disagree with this idea said that mental health is will not increase the protectivity but will affect their productivity earned from offices and will make them feel embarrassed.

Mental health is more important than physical health as it helps to reduce stress. Stress is one of the most problem faced by many people like studies stress, family stress and so on. If a person is having stress then it can be reduced. WHO has a report that stress is the fourth most common disorders and about everyone gets it but it is not caused from mental health but it helps to reduce it because in schools there is counselors where students can share the problems and the counselor helps you reduce it . If a person is mentally ill and that person has stress then the person can actually reduce the stress. Those people who are against this idea said that people are getting more stress because of mental health.

Lastly, physical health and mental health both are important. For some physical health might be important but for most mental health is important as it will not affect the person's physical health, productivity of a person can increase and it can help to reduce stress.  Hence, mental health can make a person strong and will let us live a happy life.

To my love

Oh my dear love, since we departed,

There hasn't been a single day

I haven't thought about you.

I think of you every minute

And second of the day.

Your absence has made me feel that nothing

Could make me happy if you are

not a part of it.

I miss the way you smiled,

And laughed at my stupid jokes.

I miss the way you got upset at little things.

I miss everything about you.

But my dear, worry not;

For I am coming to meet you soon.

Sooner than you can ever imagine.

As you are the best thing that

has ever happened to me.
