Alternatively, some people believed that it is leading to a brain drain in which all skilled Individuals are leaving Bhutan inorder to acquire higher skills, which lowers both productivity and population. However, people can boost a nation's output because, for example, if they immigrate to Australia and become experts in their profession, they can then come back and start a business in Bhutan.
